Nauheed Cyrusi was born 19 October 1982. She is a Parsi. She studied at J. B. Vacha school. She was a College Jai Hind College and Basant Singh Institute of Science, Mumbai. She received a master's degree in marketing with the correspondence.

Nauheed Cyrusi is the desired flight attendant. But these dreams gave way to a career in modeling when she went to a commercial laboratory, when she was fourteen years old. She was elected, and she appeared in Dhara refined oil products trade. Other characters, she has met, is Head & Shoulders, Britannia Little Hearts Biscuits, Ayurvedic Concepts and disconnect Ever Yuth Orange Skin Vitalis.

She also appeared in a popular music video Piya Basant.

She walked the track during the Lakme India Fashion Week 2007, and Allen Sunlight Fashion Show.

Television
She has starred in the popular TV show, Hip Hip Hurray.

Movies
Nauheed Cyrusi debuted Supari starring Uday Chopra and Rahul Dev. The film is not good, but she did not get the opportunity to work in films like Inteha, Sakhiya and Life Mein Kabhi Kabhi.
